All designs go through a draft period, where digital proofs will be provided. Up to 1 revisions can be made.
On your final approval, your items will be made to order. And shipped within an appropriate timeframe.
PLEASE NOTE- we are not responsible for misspellings, incorrect punctuation, or any detail of the sort. We often get requests for purposeful misspellings that aid in the design- and we operate under the assumption that what you type/send to us is exactly how you want it to appear on your item.

In the event that your order is damaged via shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the item/issue so that we may take up a complaint with the carrier.
An exact replacement will be sent to you as soon as possible.
